* Late, No Show & Cancellation: We get that things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make your appointment, please kindly notify Maggie at least  24 hours in advance for reschedules and cancellations. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment after the 24 hour period, you will be charged 50% of the dollar amount of the services booked. If you miss/do not show up to your appointment, or are more than 8 mins late, you will be considered a no show and will be charged 50% of the dollar amount of the services booked. On your 3rd ding on your file, you will be charged 100% of the dollar amount. I require a credit card to be kept on file for these circumstances.

* Waxing: If getting waxed on an area that you were previously shaving, you must not shave for 3 weeks. You can NOT wax if you are using/on Retin-A, Glycolic Acid, Abrasive Scrub/Peel in the last 5 days or Accutane in the last 3 months. Please fill out a Waxing Consent & Questionnaire form before your appointment. This form only needs to be filled out one time.

*Facial: Stop all abrasive exfoliants for 5+ days prior to your appointment. Please fill out a Facial Consent & Questionnaire form before your appointment. This form only needs to be filled out one time.

*Jessner Peel: Can not do if you have allergies to resorcinol, Retin-A or Renova within the past 4 weeks, allergies to aspirin or salicylates, laser resurfacing surgery within the past 6 months, dry/dehydrated skin or compromised lipid barrier, Accutane within the past year, pregnant or nursing, glycolic or salicylic acid within the past week, herpetic breakout. Discontinue use of Retinols 7 days prior to peel. Please fill out a Jester Chemical Peel form before your appointment. This form needs to be filled out every time.
